Edge Consulting Acquisition Broadens National Interest Security Company's Strategic Analysis Capabilities Monday March 3, 1:26 pm ET
WASHINGTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--National Interest Security Company, LLC (“NISC”), a company controlled by DC Capital Partners, LLC, announced today the completion of its acquisition of Edge Consulting, Inc.
Edge Consulting, Inc. (“Edge”), headquartered in Centreville, Virginia provides technology and management consulting services that include, but are not limited to, quantitative performance analysis, strategy, technology assessment, and capability development. Edge is primarily focused on serving the United States intelligence and defense communities.
